Thought I might send you some new pictures.
Avery's philosophy with fashion these days is naked or princess. That's fine with me, as long as we are in the house. Really has cut back on laundry since she has taken on that philosophy rather than the previous, how many outfits can I wear in a single day?
McClaine continues in his young masculine ways- the reckless path of destruction. We are learning the correct way to use a bat and ball (as in hit the ball, not Avery over the head). He is also a talking machine now. He is saying many 2-3 word sentences. Mostly, "what doin' mamma? what doin' mamma? WHAT DOIN' MAMMA?" He likes to repeat this about 42 times while I am trying to cook dinner with my sous chef, Avery, and feed Audrey with my left hand.
Audrey's vocabulary consists of low guttural sounds that she learned from her brother as he mimics the shark from Three Little Fish and the Big Bad Shark. She gets on her hands and knees and rocks back and forth, and has also become quite the army crawler. Praise the Lord, she continues to be a champion sleeper! She has also mastered defending herself against McClaine's attacks.Actually, McClaine is so sweet and gentle with Audrey. It really is quite a blessing!
That's all for now. Hope your summer is fun and relaxing so far!

Thanks for stopping by my blog!
I think soccer might be a nice substitute for baseball since that seems to be a small problem in your household. I can sooooo relate to the "Whatcha doing Mommy?" I find that if I give a very adult answer Austin will sometimes be appeased and stop asking. Or I revert back to junior high days and start asking him the same question over and over too until he starts laughing or gets annoyed and walks away.
