As I look upon these sweet hands that I love so much, I am reminded of the great sacrifice our Heavenly Father made when He gave His Son to die on the cross for our sins, that we might have life. His hands were pierced for our transgressions (Psalms 22:16).

you are so right. can you imagine Jesus' mother Mary holding His little hands the same way we hold our children's hands...unimaginable. but I am oh so thankful!
