Inconclusive

We spoke to Reece's Pediatrician yesterday, who, after visiting with the Metabolic Specialist, determined that her test results were inconclusive.

So she and I are heading in this morning to have more lab work, and we are continuing to feed her every 4-6 hours around the clock, to prevent periods of fasting.

Please continue to pray for her.

And while these tests are inconclusive, I was reassured this morning in the Word that God's promises are certain and True and full of hope.

"Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name, You are mine.
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you;
And through the rivers, they shall not overflow you.
When you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned, nor shall the flame scorch you.
For I am the Holy One of Israel, your Savior..."
Isaiah 43:1-3a
What a wonderful assurance! Many thanks to those of you who are praying for our friends Heath and Becky, who are comforted with the hope that they will one day reunite with their sweet son, Hunter, in heaven. And more thanks to y'all for praying for my cousin, John, as he battles lymphoma. If you get a second, will you go by his caring bridge site and give him a word of encouragement?

I will keep sweet Reece (and you and your family) in my prayers, Tyne. I take comfort in knowing that there is not one single thing that happens that our God doesn't know about and have a plan for.
