This is why…

Four pair of big-girl panties wet through in one day, plus one pair of sheets from my bed.

Girlfriend is adding to my 12 loads of laundry that I have done in the past three days with her potty training.

She peed twice on the floor and once in Caleb’s boot and once on my bed.

Then she knocked a bowl of applesauce all over the floor.

And I am just a little tired because my left nostril still hurts and I can’t breathe unless I use my finger to pull my cheek up toward the outer corner of my eye, which is hard to do when you are sleeping.  So I don’t.

Which makes the screaming matches between all four children a little less tolerable.

These are the days when venting just doesn’t cut it and I feel wholly incapable of the purpose that God has set before me.

This is why you haven’t heard from me.

Because I have needed to hear from Him.

Truth about who I am and how He has equipped me for this amazing, eternally significant purpose.

“Thanks be to God who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.  Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your toil is not in vain in the Lord.” 1 Cor 15:57-58
