We celebrated the 80th birthday of a very special lady, who happens to look fantastic in a paper sack birthday hat.

Caleb grilled some salmon using this fabulous recipe.

He also grilled a little chicken.
A pretty little white chicken- it kind of grosses me out, but it is the life of a farm-wanna-be family.
McClaine burst into tears and dropped the drumstick upon the slightest hint that his beloved chicken may not have wandered into the woods after all.

These food pics were taken a couple of weeks ago when he made the same salmon and we also made potstickers and Ital-Cal Asian Caesar Salad.

Does anyone else have a hard time keeping up to date with blogging besides me?
