Butterball and Stars

I have eagerly been looking forward to this post because the spacing on my Friday Fragment post was so weird.

So this is a completely random post. Just to put my Type A, spacing/layout issued mind at ease.

Avery loves to help me cook dinner, here she is squeezing lemons for our homemade salad dressing. Notice the precious Butterball t-shirt. Love it. Thanks Vicki for the cute hand-me-down.
McClaine is really in a new learning mode- colors, shapes, numbers, letters, words... He is a sponge. Here he is coloring shapes. "Tri-gul," "Suh-co," "Stah."

Star? And then he points to this! Wow!

Can I tell you how much I love this man? He is a wonderful husband and an awesome daddy. Not only does he have a full hand in the caring for the kids the second he walks in the door after work, he also makes very cool toys for them. Like this gadget board that is full of locks and knobs and gadgets (this picture doesn't do it justice- it is really cool and he and the kids painted it to make it cooler).Did I mention that he totally spoils me on the weekend by doing a mess of household chores, caring for and playing with the kids and cooking awesome food for me? Like this delicious french toast from a Rachel Ray cookbook... It has sugar in the batter, so it gets yummy and carmelized on the outside. Mondays are sad days when he goes back to work.

My husband knows how to BBQ and make rice and beans. Oh, and fried bananas. That's about it! What I wouldn't give to wake up to french toast that looked like that, lol.

Anytime you want to loan your hubby out, I'll take him.

Mine when through brief phase where he made me french toast, but he's off that kick, now.

Love the pictures of the kiddos cooking and doing crafts!

You are one lucky woman! My husband is usually working all weekend, but I'm not complaining since it's his own business!

Great star!
